Supply, Refill, Maintenance& Certification of various Industrial &Medical Gases Cylinders for Onshore & Offshore Oil Fields including   Logistic Base in Abouseta – Tripoli.

Scope of Work:

1- Supply industrial and medical gas cylinders when required, the contractor will purchase on behalf of the company in accordance with the technical specifications provided as well as the quantities required.
2- Refilling industrial &Medical gas Cylinders.
3- Provide  maintenance services at facilities and locations of the company, on the basis of regular.
Periodic maintenance as described in the scope of work.

4- Supply of Spare parts.

5- Provide the required documents and reports.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Interested companies for the above tender must satisfy the stipulated requirements and submit the required information below. Failure to submit any of the under listed documents will render automatic disqualification:

1. Letter on Company’s letterhead Addressed to the “Contracts  Dept. Manager – Oil Division”
   stating expression of interest on the respective tender.
2. The legal status of the company (documents and licenses necessary for registration, specialization and tax payment certificate) for the local, international companies, in accordance with the laws and procedures in force within the valid and in According to the laws and procedures in place within Libya as per decision of the Minister of Economy permission to open a branch or practice activity in Libya.(File legal to be provided separate)
3. Company Profile with full details of similar contracts performed with relevant and verifiable Reference List of Clients where the works had been undertaken, literature/catalogue of the entire range of the work/service/equipment and any additional information that will enhance the potential of the applicant /consortium.
4. Submission of Financial Status document of the Company turnover for the last 3 years and the Organization Chart.
5. The bidder s all submits a list of his HSEQ Management System and submit a copy of HSEQ Policy.
6. ISO 9001; 18001; 14004 Certificate’s.
7. Foreign companies shall submit official evidence of establishment of a partnership with a local company specialized in providing similar services. This partnership shall be in the form of a new company with a separate legal entity.
8. Two copies of the Prequalification Documents containing the above stated requirements shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked.
9. Mellitah Oil & Gas has the right to exclude any submission which does not meet the above stipulated requirements.

·      Company will not be responsible for whatsoever costs incurred for preparation and submission presented in response to this notice.

·      Company shall deal only with authorized officers of the bidding companies and not through individuals or agents.
