NOC HOLDS A MEETING WITH ENI NORTH AFRICA AND MELLITAH OIL & GAS B. V. LIBYA

A meeting was held on Saturday 12 March 2016 at El Bouri oil & gas offshore field between National Oil Corporation, Eni North Africa and Mellitah Oil & Gas B. V. Libya. The meeting was attended by Messrs. Mustafa Sanalla, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Elamari Mohamed Elamari, Member of the Board of Directors, Bashir Greia, Acting General Manager of Exploration and Production Department, and Emad ben Rajab, Acting General Manager of Marketing Department. On behalf of Eni North Africa, Mr. Antonio Vella, Chief UpstreamOfficer attended the meeting; in addition to Mr. Nasser Baraka, General Manager of Eni North Africa, and Hussein Abou Slyana, Chairman of the Management Committee of Mellitah Oil & Gas B.V. Libya; as well as a number of department mangers of NOC and the two Companies.
