Obtaining the International Organization for Environmental Standards (ISO) 14001 certificate for the El Feel oil field

In order to achieve the objectives of Mellitah Oil and Gas Company and its commitment to its policy of health, safety and environmental protection, and to preserve the environment at its operations sites and the surrounding environment, and with instructions from the Chairman of the Operator Management Committee of the General Administration of Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Industrial Security, the General Administration of Safety, in cooperation with all departments, initiated the procedures for obtaining the ISO certificate. In the field of environment, ISO 14001 for El Feel field as an initial step during the year 2023.
On January 8, 2024, Mellitah Oil and Gas Company obtained the ISO 14001 certificate for the El Feel oil field.
On this occasion, the operator’s management committee expresses its appreciation and gratitude for the efforts of its employees made to preserve the environment in general and the company’s operations environment in particular.
